With Spice Voice SMS you can also Save, Forward, Schedule and Send to Multiple Recipients your voice message.

How to send a Voice SMS
Simply dial 666 followed by the ten digit Spice number, record your message after the beep and hang up.

How to retrieve a Voice SMS
The recipient receives the Voice SMS in the form of a direct call, if the direct call is not successful then the recipient receives a text SMS from the sender's id. The text SMS says that there is a voice SMS and details how one can retrieve the Voice SMS:

By dialing 6666 or 666 (Toll Free)

Non Spice GSM subscribers can retrieve their Voice SMS
By dialing 9855412066.

Spice Voice Mail Service
Spice Voice Mail Service enables customers to stay in touch even when their mobile is switched off, busy or out of reach. The voice mail service will capture the caller number and the customer will be notified through SMS about the call.
This service can be accessed in English, Hindi and Punjabi. You can even personalize your Voice Mail Box by selecting Predefined greetings or Recording your own greetings.

Spice Lost Call
The missed call alert facility informs the subscribers through an SMS the number of calls missed during the time his or her Spice phone was switched off.
To get to know the phone numbers and time of the missed calls, he/she should send “R” as an sms to 130.
The service also informs the Calling Party as soon as you are available again through an SMS.

Spice Call Waiting
The Call Waiting service allows you to receive and hold an incoming call when you are already talking to another person, and informs the caller that you are busy on another call.

How to activate
This service comes pre-activated on your Spice SIM card if you are a Spice Prepaid subscriber. However it has to be activated from your handset. Please refer to your handset manual for more details.
Use the menu function on your Spice phone to activate, if you are a Spice Postpaid subscriber.

Charges
Subscription to this facility is free of cost. Normal call tariffs, as per your tariff plan would apply, once you have answered the call.

Call Forwarding
You can forward incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone.
How to activate
Use the menu function of your Spice phone to activate. You can choose any of the following options:
•  All calls
•  If busy
•  If no reply
•  If not reachable / switched off

Charges
All forwarded calls are billed at applicable airtime rates depending on the tariff plans.


Caller Line Identity Presentation (CLIP)
Caller Line Identity Presentation (CLIP) allows you to see the phone number of the caller on your handset screen. You also have the flexibility to either accept or reject an incoming call, and identify missed calls.
