TRACK-MY-SPICE is an Internet-based service that allows you to:

•  View, analyse and track your Spice mobile expenses
•  Pay your Spice bills online
•  Change your Email address and update your information
•  Write to customer care with feedback & requests

TRACK-MY-SPICE is fast, free and simple! It helps you save time and energy because you can access your account information whenever it's most convenient to you. You account & billing information is always only a few clicks away; and you don't even need to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Your current bill is available online upon registration, along with up to 2 months of historical statements. The site will keep 3-months of consecutive bills available for viewing.

How to use TRACK-MY-SPICE ?
Please note that you can use TRACK-MY-SPICE only if you are a Post-Paid customer. In order to register for TRACK-MY-SPICE you need to take the following steps:

•  Go to the link TRACK-MY-SPICE, in the POSTPAID section on the website www.spiceindia.com
•  Click on the Sign-up link at TRACK-MY-SPICE
•  Fill up the TRACK-MY-SPICE Registration Form and click the Submit button.
•  You will get your password through SMS on your mobile. Please note that your password will be a case-sensitive number. You can change your password, after you log-in.

After you get the password you can start accessing TRACK-MY-SPICE. In case you forget your password you need to click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link on the log-in page of TRACK-MY-SPICE. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. After filling in the necessary details click on the submit button. Once we receive your response we will validate it against our records and will send you the new password as an SMS to your mobile.

Once you log-in, you can see your account statement, including the following details:
•  Name and Address: Your name and address appears here. In case any details are incorrect, please let us know at the earliest.
•  Mobile Number: Your Mobile Number for which the bill is sent.
•  Account Number: This is a unique ID number assigned to your Spice account to help in quick processing.
•  Your Account Summary: Enables you to see the status of your account at a glance.
•  Credits: This refers to any special credit that may be due to you in that particular month.
•  Discounts: This reflects the discount guaranteed to you, if any, under the applicable bill plan.
•  Adjustments: This includes any adjustments passed towards the current/previous bill(s).
•  Total Closing balance: This is the sum of One Time Charges, Monthly Charges, Usage, Credits, Discounts, Adjustments and Late Fee.
•  Your Itemized Statement: This statement provides details of your Spice Usage including call charges and Value added services during the billing period.
•  Your Roaming Statement: This statement provides details of your Roaming Usage including calls, Value added services during the billing period.

You can also calculate total call charges to a particular number or a group of numbers. To calculate the charges incurred on calls made to a particular number or a group of numbers - Go to the Itemized Bill which gives you details of all the outgoing calls made by you (Local/ STD / ISD /VAS). Click on the numbers you want to total-up. Note that by checking on just 1 number, all similar calls will get checked automatically. Click on Calculate Total. The system will calculate and display the total amount incurred over the checked numbers, and display it under the heading Personal Calls and the rest under Official Calls.
