Retrieving Your E-mail :

1. On SMS : You get an SMS informing you for every e-mail you receive. Just reply back an SMS to the unique nine-digit number from where you received the e-mail notification. The first 160 characters of the text part of the message will be received by you as an SMS. To get the next 160 characters of the message you will have to again reply with SMS as "MORE" to the same nine-digit number.

You can also reply to the e-mail by writing SMS as "REPLY" followed by a space and then the message you want to send as reply. Send this SMS to the same nine digit number from where you got the e-mail. This SMS will go as an e-mail to the sender's e-mail id from your e-mail account.

2. On Voice : Simply dial the nine digit number from where you got the notification/e-mail. The text part of the message will be read out by a computerised e-mail assisstant at your disposal 24X7. After hearing the e-mail you get the options as " Press 1 to listen again, 2 to reply, 3 to forward to another e-mail id."

In reply option, you would be prompted to record the message which will be sent as a voice attachment to the sender's e-mail id. In the forwarding option, you will be prompted to enter the serial number(s) of the e-mail ids, as stored in your address book, to which the message is to be forwarded.

  Retrieve Your Voicemail :
All the messages coming into your voice mailbox, by default will be copied to your Spice Excel Unified Messaging account. A notification for the same will be sent to the subscriber through an SMS. The notification will carry details like sender's phone number, date & time of voicemail and will come from a unique nine-digit number like 665xxxxxx. For e.g. 665457859 etc. You can simply dial this number to hear this message or alternatively you could hear it from your e-mail account by accessing it anywhere

  Retrieve Your Faxes :

As a Spice Excel UM subscriber you will be able to retrieve Faxes from your UM-box. The process for retrieving a Fax from UM-box is as follows.

1. Dial 9814298147 or 664 (within Punjab only) from your Spice mobile phone.
2. You will be intimated about the number of Faxes in your UM-box.
3. You will be prompted to enter the fax number where you want the FAX printed.
4. The Fax will be sent to the specified Fax number.

  Retrieve Your Emails/Faxes/Voice mails on PC :

For all your incoming emails, voice mail messages and faxes just logon to http://www.spiceindia.com and go to your Spice Excel Unified Messaging Inbox.
