All Directors of Spice Communications Ltd. are hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in Shares of the Company in terms of Company's "Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading" shall remain closed till 22nd April, 2009 in view of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 21st April, 2009 to consider and take on record inter-alia the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March , 2009 .
